<P><strong>Tuesday night:</strong> A cold and mainly dry night, although there will likely be a few rogue showers in the East Midlands, these easing off by midnight. During the early hours of the morning, a few fog patches forming in rural parts of the Southeast and East Anglia.
<P><strong>Wednesday:</strong> Any fog patches soon clearing, the morning rush will be cold but largely fine and dry. Much of the day remaining dry, bright with good driving conditions. Clouding over in the North during the afternoon as rain spills from the north; poor conditions setting upon the higher routes where hill fog forms. The rain becoming intermittent upon moving into the East Midlands and Southeast during the evening for a milder night.
