#ImOnBoard with the Lower Thames Crossing
Send a photo or video of your journey to or from Europe traveling with DFDS to the Lower Thames Crossing (@LowerThames) and DFDS (@dfds_uk) using #ImOnBoard, for a chance to win a VIP crossing between Dover and France with DFDS.
Every year millions of people from across the UK use the road network to reach the DFDS ferry terminal at Dover to travel to mainland Europe.
To make road journeys quicker and more reliable for trips like holidays, Highways England is proposing to build the Lower Thames Crossing
The Lower Thames Crossing is the most ambitious project since the M25 was completed over 30 years ago and will include building one of the world’s largest road tunnels under the River Thames.
Highways England and DFDS are inviting anyone travelling to or from Europe on a DFDS ferry service to post a photo or video of their journey on Twitter to @lowerthames and @dfds_uk using the hashtag #ImOnBoard for a chance to win a VIP return crossing between Dover and France (Calais or Dunkirk), with Priority Boarding and access to the Premium Lounge.
The competition is open from 19 July to 8 September 2019 (inclusive). The winner will be chosen at random on Thursday 12 September 2019
