Gender pay gap 2019

We have reported our gender pay gap figures under the government’s guidelines. Our 2019 report is based on a snapshot of data for 5 April 2018; it showed that our median gender pay gap was 9.6%, an increase from the -1.4% we reported in 2018. Our pay gap remains substantially lower than the current UK pay gap of 17.9%, according to the Office for National Statistics’ latest Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings.

Our Gender Pay Gap Report can be viewed on the GOV.UK website.

We’ll be publishing a detailed report on our gender pay gap, including details on the underlying factors which have resulted in the increase since our last Gender Pay Gap Report (March 2018).
